Popular Gospel Music Trio Steve Hess and Southern Salvation have
reached a long term management agreement with Gospel Music Industry
Executive Eric Melton of Choice Promotions
Melton, who formed Choice Promotions in January after spending over 17
successful years in various capacities in Christian Music including
being a broadcaster on Satellite Radio, Radio Promotions and Record
Label Operations, has recently launched the new aspect of the company
in artist management.
Melton states, “As Choice Promotions was created at the beginning of
this year, the primary focus of the company was to bring a fresh
approach to artist representation to various forms of media. Â A new
facet that has presented itself however is to introduce existing
artists into a greater capacity of guidance and serve as a much needed
liaison between them, key industry leaders and the general
marketplace. Â For the past three years that I have known Steve Hess,
he has possessed a God given vision and drive for his group Southern
Salvation that is exciting to see in those who minister the gospel.
We feel that  God has led us into this new chapter and I am
anticipating windows of opportunity that will assist them in reaching
their full potential.”
Steve Hess and Southern Salvation will begin work on their next
recording soon with a new single to radio shipping in late spring co
written by Hess and and award winning songwriter and producer Michael
