Michael Combs: Hello everyone,
I know it’s been a while. I first want to thank you all for your love, prayers and support during this time. I just don’t have the words to properly express what it has meant to me and Denise. To know that people are concerned, are praying and helping in any way possible means more than I can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart my dear friends and family.
I wanted to update you guys on what’s going on with me physically.
I have been going to my Kidney doctor near home in Boone, NC every month now since I was diagnosed with C.K.D. (Chronic Kidney Disease) back in late summer of 2015.
Although my Kidney function is only at 14 percent, it has been maintaining that for about 3 months now. My creatine level which was as high as 4.9 has been 4.2 for the last 3 months as well! We are very grateful.
As a matter of fact, Denise and I just finished helping out with a Revival in Yulee, Florida. It was good to be back out there singing and testifying for The Lord!
We are just waiting on The Lord friends. While we wait …we have decided to just keep serving and Ministering. We may not be able to do as much right now, but we will do what we can when we can. We will also give thanks to Jesus for every opportunity that he gives us
We are planning on presenting our first full Concert “An Evening With Michael Combs” of 2016 in Archdale, NC at Cloverdale Church of the Living God. We would love to see you there on Saturday, January 30th @ 7:00PM. For more information you can call 336.886.4963. We are hopeful that in time we will be able to do more.
We have been getting calls from everywhere and scheduling as many as we feel like we can do right now. We are trying to learn to pace ourselves. For those of you who know me, you know that is easier said than done!
Thank you again for all your love, your prayers and support. I don’t know what my future here holds. However, I do know the one who does. I don’t know how much longer these old kidneys will hang in there. If they should decide to bail out on me we are hoping to have everything in place before then to have a kidney transplant.
The rest is up to The Lord. He has provided many many times before. We know he will provide our need again.
I love you all!
Michael Combs
