Nashville, TN- Homeland/Riversong Recording artists The Men Of Music were involved in a rear end collision accident just outside of Jackson, MS yesterday morning. According to reports given to Homeland Entertainment Group, The Men were leaving their home base of Jackson, MS  at approximately 7:30 am headed for a Friday evening concert in Houston, Texas.   While sitting still behind several other vehicles waiting on a school bus that had stopped to pick up children, a car traveling at a high rate of speed struck the equipment trailer of the group from behind. It was apparent from police reports that the lady who struck The Men of Music was not paying attention by talking on her cell phone and swerved to miss them but after appearing to land in the ditch, still hit them from behind.
Group Manager and Baritone Greg Colburn stated †We are all sore but none of our injuries were life threatening. We are thankful to the Lord that He had His hand on us and it was not any worse than what it could have been. We are still planning on making all of our dates this weekend and looking forward to seeing everyone. Thank God He quickly was able to provide us alternate transpiration for all our travels.â€
The lady who is not named at this time appears to not have possessed a valid driver’s license or insurance and was ticketed at the scene. The Men of Music have a new Riversong Recording “Foundation†that will be released in December 14th. You can find more information concerning The Men Of Music at www.homelandentertaimentgroup.com or www.themenofmusic.com
