Eternal Vision’s Gail Shelby announced the passing of her father Jim Holmes on Sunday April 11th around 1:00 PM at Ft. Sanders Hospital in Knoxville, TN.  Jim was 78 years old and had suffered from diabetes for a number of years. The family is comforted by the fact that Jim knew Jesus as his personal savior and is now in His loving arms. Please keep the family in your prayers. Jim’s wife, Bobbie, is also at Ft. Sanders and is not expected to recover from complications of a recent illness. She has been moved to a comfort and care room on the 9th floor and the family continues its vigil with her . The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Eternal Vision Ministries. Memorial services for Jim are expected to be held Tuesday night at Cooke’s funeral home in Maynardville, TN.
