Sharps Chapel, TN – One of Eastern Canada’s premier gospel groups, The Ascensions, have just been
nominated for two GMA awards. The GMA is host to the prestigious Covenant Awards Show. Each year the best of the best in Canada are voted on in several categories, such as gospel, contemporary, urban,R&B, and country.
The Ascensions, who consist of Lance and Peg Matheson, Burrell Cross, and Johnny Chambers, are humbled by the nominations.
Their nominations include –
(Country/Southern Gospel Song of the Year – “He’s Everything I Needâ€) and (Southern Gospel Album Of
The Year)
The award show will be Wednesday, November 6 and will be held in Ontario, Canada.
All of the executives at Chapel Valley, where the project was recorded, want to congratulate the
