Nashville, TN (Oct. 26, 2010) – Talented and impacting solo artist, Blake Bolerjack, is slated to appear, along with Horizon Group Of The Year, Soul’d Out Quartet, in a very special benefit concert in mid November.Â
Â
The concert is being held in an effort to raise funds for the medical expenses of a little boy named Ridge Cary. Ridge is 18 months old and is suffering from a very rare medical condition that, to date, only affects only about 40 children worldwide. The disease is called MLT (Multifocal Lymphangioendotheliomatosis with Thrombocytopenia). He and his family need much prayer and financial support for the exorbitant expense associated with trying to help Ridge through this battle. All of the concert proceeds will be donated to Ridge’s care.
Â
Bolerjack commented, “I am very honored to be a part of this great ministry opportunity. There is a need that not only myself and Soul’d Out Quartet get to help meet, but a whole community can get involved! I feel blessed to be a part of something like this. A little boy and his family can be helped and, in the midst of this outreach, the Gospel can be presented. Events like this testify to others about how God provides for His children and it blesses everyone involved. I couldn’t be more excited!â€
This special evening of great music, and sharing hope and help with Ridge and his family, will take place on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 7:00PM at Yukon Church in Yukon, OK. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. A love offering will be received for Ridge and CDs will be available for purchase at the concert, as well. To order tickets or for further information, call the church 405-354-5809, or visit the church’s event website at www.yukonchurchconcert.vpweb.com
