APRIL POTTER RELAUNCHES APRIL POTTER AGENCY

NASHVILLE, TN – Music industry veteran, April Potter, announces the re-launch of April Potter Agency (APA), a booking agency dedicated to helping spread the message of the Gospel through music.

With this announcement, APA is also thrilled to announce that multi-award winning legendary Gold City has signed on for exclusive representation, joining the Freemans as APA’s first two artists. Daniel Riley says, “We are thrilled to have April on Gold City’s team as our booking agent. She brings to us many years of experience, a strong work ethic, a great reputation, and a true understanding and heart for our group. She loves Gold City and we love her, and we are all excited to see what God is going to do next.”   Potter adds, “I have known Daniel and Chris (West, Gold City’s bass singer) since I was a teenager.  It is a blessing to be able to work together after all these years. Gold City has always been dear to my heart. I respect the work they have done, and I’m thankful that this season has brought us together at the right time to collectively carry the Gospel to the world.”

The Freemans have been represented by April in a freelance capacity for the past one and a half years.   April says, “I love working with The Freemans and have enjoyed being able to travel some with them, seeing people I’ve worked with over the years. They are some of the most talented people in the music industry.  I look forward to growing their ministry to a new level.”  Chris Freeman says, “April has been a blessing to The Freemans.  We look forward to the future, and we are believing God for more great things.”

Potter brings to her agency 20 years of experience in the gospel music field.  In 1996, she began working for The Harper Agency, and later formed her own company in 2002, where she represented some of the most popular names in gospel music.  She returned to work for Harper in 2010 for two more years, before she left to homeschool her daughter.  Since that time, she’s worked as a freelance consultant in multiple areas of the industry, including consultant, management, marketing, radio, publicity, and booking.

Potter, a graduate of University of North Alabama, lives in Nashville with her husband, Greg Holloman, and their daughter, Chloe.
