OAK GROVE, Ark. – Diamond Award winning trio 2nd Generation regretfully announces the departure of group member Rocky Logan from the group. Rocky has been an integral part of the ministry of 2ndGeneration for over a year.
Brenda Denney of 2nd Generation said, “We will miss Rocky so much. We have enjoyed him being with us the last 15 months. Rocky took 2nd Generation to a new level with his strong vocals, and we will miss all the fun times on the road. We wish him the best and we know that God will continue to use him.
“Change is hard, but change is good,†continued 2nd Generation’s Elaine Robinson. “That means God is going to do something new. We are excited about the new year ahead of us. We once again will put our extravagant faith into action, and we are expecting God’s favor in everything we need.â€
Rocky Logan said, “It has been such a great joy traveling with 2nd Generation. Sometimes in life we have to make difficult decisions, and this has been one of those. After much prayer and consideration, I believe this is the right decision for me at this time. God has placed a calling on my life, and I will continue to follow that call wherever doors open. I want to thank Brenda and Elaine for giving me the opportunity to travel and minister with them. I will miss all the fun times we had on the road together! I know God will continue to bless 2nd Generation in all they do”
2nd Generation is currently reviewing resumes and CDs for the position. Those interested in auditioning for the position can email Brenda Denney at thesecondg@yahoo.com or call (913) 710-5227.
